What is a Lucky Scoop?

Classic Lucky Scoop includes 5 or more surprise pieces. Deluxe Lucky Scoop includes 10 or more surprise pieces.

Can I choose my preferences?

Yes. You can select your preferred metal tone and style preferences where available. Because every scoop is a surprise, specific designs cannot be guaranteed.

What may be included?

Your scoop may include rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and complimentary accessories, depending on the option selected.

How much is shipping?

Orders of $49 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders under $49 have a flat $5.90 shipping fee. Shipping costs are shown before payment—there are no surprise fees.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days after dispatch.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. A tracking link is emailed after your order ships.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal are accepted through secure checkout.

What if an item arrives damaged or is missing?
