Refund Policy

You may request a return within 3 days after delivery by emailing luckysylrena@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; payment-provider processing times may vary.
