How It Works
Once your order is placed and this add-on is included, we will film your packing process and publish it on our official accounts: INS: @luckysylrena | TK: @Sylrenalucky | YouTube: @SYLRENAjewelry | Facebook: @SYLRENAjewelry. This is an add-on service — no digital file will be delivered. The video will be posted publicly on our social media pages.
Important Details 📌
This add-on must be purchased together with any other item. It cannot be purchased on its own.
Only 4–6 spots are available per week to ensure top video quality. Once slots are filled, the product will show as "Sold Out" — check back next week! 🔄
🍀 Each week, we randomly surprise 1–2 orders (without this add-on) with a FREE featured video as a thank-you gift.
Processing Time ⏱️
Orders with this add-on are processed within 5–7 business days, as we take extra care to film and pack your order together. We sincerely appreciate your patience! 🙏💝
Even without this add-on, every SYLRENA order is packed with the same love and intention you see in our videos — each piece carefully laid out, wrapped with warmth, and sent with a little magic. ✨
⚠️ Official accounts only — all other accounts are not affiliated with SYLRENA.
